Daniel brings over twenty years of experience in information technology (IT), product development, and large-scale project management to the MSi team. As Chief Technology Officer (CTO), he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s technology and product development.
A Co-founder of the company, Daniel most recently served as CTO for Verdi Consulting, Inc., where he helped transform the company’s information technology (IT) infrastructure from a basic, hardware-based setup to a scalable, fully virtualized environment. He also founded Perpetual Path, an IT consulting firm serving the needs of small to medium-sized enterprises.
Prior to launching Perpetual Path, Daniel was a Co-founder and served as CTO for Roam Secure, Inc., a leading homeland security software company with a large portfolio of federal, state and local government customers across the United States. As CTO, Daniel helped scale the business nationally until Cooper Industries acquired it in 2007. (Cooper Industries is now part of Eaton Corporation.)
Earlier in his career, Daniel served as the MIS Director at Ecutel where he helped develop new software technology around IT security and mobility. He also served as an overseas volunteer in the Peace Corps and subsequently became a staff member in the organization’s Washington, D.C.-based headquarters where he was responsible for all overseas IT operations.
Daniel speaks conversational French and is an inventor on two patents. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
